Town & Country Boarding Area

Facility Hours:
7:30am-12:00pm; 3:00pm-6:00pm
We will be closed 12:00pm-3:00pm
(boarding drop off please arrive by 5:00pm)

If your pet needs any veterinary services, medicines, or vaccinations, please schedule an appointment with Town & Country Veterinary Hospital. they are located right next door!


Please read our Preparing For Drop-off information to make sure your pets are ready for their boarding stay.

We also offer Catered Care for those pets who need special attention. Please contact us to find out more about how we can accommodate Special Needs Pets.


For the energetic dog, consider our Doggy Daycare Services which include a full day of indoor-outdoor activities.

BOARDING

Boarding dogs may choose from a variety of additional services during their stay.

These options include the following:

  • Nature Walks
  • Play Time
  • TV/Sofa Time
  • Pond (Paw Beach)
  • Additional Potty Time
  • Manners 101 -- basic training
        (15 minute or 30 minute session)

  • Hallmark E-card (postcard and picture of your     pet during their vacation)

  • Red Barn Burger
  • Gourmet Frozen Treat
Packages available:
  • Pampered Pet Package: includes: Toy, Rawhide, and Treats

  • Puppy Package
    includes: Additional potty time, Red Barn Burger and Socialization

  • Deluxe Puppy Package
    includes: Additional Potty Time, Red Barn Burger, Socialization, and Manners 101 (15 minute session)

  • Paw Beach Splash Package
    includes: Pool Time, Gourmet Frozen Treat, and Rinse off

  • Senior Package
    includes: Orthopedic Flooring, Freestyle Service, and a Red Barn Burger

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

~  a non-refundable deposit is required when a reservation is booked and will be applied
            towards the stay

~  non-holiday reservations require a 24 hour cancellation notice

~  holiday reservations require a 5 business day cancellation notice

If above guidelines are met the deposit will be available for future use;
otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
