SAFETY -- Making sure you dog is safe and happy is of the utmost concern to Town & Country. We carefully evaluate all new clients to assure they are suitable candidates for our daycare. Dogs with aggression issues are not appropriate for the program. After spending time getting to know each dog, our daycare supervisor places him or her in a playground according to size, age, activity level and temperament. Play groups are kept small—six or fewer large dogs and up to 8 small dogs—to assure safety, and the staff supervises all activities.

GET INVOLVED -- You are invited to drop by for a tour of our facilities. Please call our office at 919-387-7833 to make arrangements. Before your dog can join our daycare program we require the following:

HOURS -- Doggy Daycare is offered 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We recommend dogs be dropped off before 9:00 a.m. and picked up from 4-6 p.m. to make sure your dog gets a full day of fun. Regular daycare customers may also participate in the daycare program while they are boarding. **If you sign your dog up for a bath please pick up after 4:30pm.

We also offer Doggy Daycare on Saturday, drop off is available 9:00am to 9:30am and pick up is available 4:00pm to 5:00pm. **Baths are not available on Saturdays.

COST -- We offer single day rates as well as multiple-day packages. Please call us 919-387-7833 to ask about our current prices.

FUN -- At Town & Country, our daycare clients are like family, and we like to offer special events throughout the year for them to enjoy. We publish a monthly newsletter about daycare happenings. We celebrate daycare dogs’ birthdays on a monthly basis. Holidays are really festive at Town & Country. Favorites are our Halloween costume contest, pictures with Santa, Christmas open house, summer luau, and Valentine exchange.
