Dot, Peaches daughter, is a great little agility dog. She has earned 65 titles including her UKC Grand Agility Champion title, NADAC Elite Agility, Jumper, and Touch and Go titles, and is one Pairs Relay Q shy of her USDAA Performance Dog 2 title. She also has her CGC.
June (Contact Point’s Ring of Fire NA FDCH-G CGC) - Q’ed and won first place in the Starters Jumpers class (22’’ jump height) and won first place and Q’ed also in the Starters Gamblers class, where she accumulated more points than any other dog in the entire class (all height divisions)!
Luke (Banquo’s Luke Skywalker NA OAJ PT FM CGC) won first place and Q’ed in Pairs class on Sun. and won 3rd place and Q’ed in Pairs class on Mon. We ran pairs with my AKC co-worker Kim Mitchell and her border collie, Caly. Luke also had an awesome Standard run on Sunday, clocking the fastest time in the entire class, but unfortunately tipped one bar (a heartbreaker!!)
Luke and myself also were featured in the Times-News of Alamance County newspaper over the weekend – as a preview to the demonstrations that the APS in Mebane did on Saturday at the Alamance County Fair. They ran a close-up of Luke weaving on the front page and an interview with me and the attached photo on an inside section front.
