PHYSICAL EXAMS

A complete physical exam performed by an experienced veterinarian is one of the most important services that we provide to ensure the health of your pet. During a physical exam the doctor will assess your pet by examining him/her head to toe. The doctor will examine your pet’s eyes, ears, teeth, skin and coat, ascult the heart and lungs and palpate your pet’s abdomen. If any abnormalities are found recommendations will be made to diagnose and treat your pet’s condition. It is extremely important for your pet to have annual physical exams to alert us to possible abnormalities so that they can be treated in a timely manner.
